Carolann is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in Management Information Sciences and English.

 

She is also a graduate of Coach University and a member in good standing with the International Coach Federation.

 

She has 15 years of Information Technology experience in multiple industries. Her teams enjoyed double digit percentage improvements and promotions. Carolann employed coaching in both Fortune 20 and startup companies and understands how to develop people for greater success.
